We are a smaller senior team. We are growing every year, so we are always looking for new people and choosing the right partners. We prefer a personal fit over a hard skill, because what you don't know, we like to teach you. We all have experience from the company, we know how to appreciate the environment and the working atmosphere we have now. We're a good bunch. Sometimes we have a dog in the office, sometimes children. We usually work from home.

We realize that working in an environment like MAINWARE, full of opportunities to innovate and implement new technologies, is not easy. That's how we like it. We look for challenges and always try to make the most of ourselves. In this way, we grow both professionally and personally and have the opportunity to participate in something truly unique.

We try to have the right work-life balance. We don't want to do crunch time, sit in the office until seven into the evening or force ourselves to go to the office all week. We are all in charge of our tasks and as long as they are done by the deadline, there is nothing to solve. We believe that people should look forward to work, and we are lucky enough to do so.

A few of us had already gotten away with the corporate, so we could take away the good and leave the bad there. We try not to have redtape, we solve problems straight and we have a relaxed atmosphere. Sometimes we jump for a beer, sometimes for wakeboards or go-karts. We like team buildings and we try to build a team on them, but we don't force anyone into them.
